As a US Electronic Technical Support Representative, you will serve as a vital link between our customers and our products, providing expert assistance and solutions for electronic devices. Your primary responsibility will be to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:
College Undergraduate + 6 months BPO experience
K12 Graduate + 3 years BPO experience
College Graduate + 6 months BPO experience
Willing to work onsite
