Be a Bilingual French Technical Support Team Lead for our #[email protected] team. Join us now!

Job Description:

• Experienced in Supporting Electronic Vehicle or Similar Charging Station Companies
• Troubleshoot technical issues that customers face in an EV charging ecosystem
• Handle customer issues via phone / tickets
• Triage issues to Level-2 and other internal teams across global locations
• Provide active updates to the customer until the issue has been resolved
• Accurately document tickets in-line with process requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Team Lead providing voice support in French language for international customers in a technical process
• Excellent fluency in French and English language is a must
• Well versed in computer systems and mobile apps, troubleshooting devices in a home network environment
• Good understanding of customer service processes, tools and best practices with a strong customer-centric focus
• Ability to multi-task (Speak to customers on phone and type case notes in concurrence)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in French language is a must
• Should be willing to work onsite on a night/shifting schedule in BGC, Taguig
