Job Description
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, instructional design, or a related role
• Has strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledgeable in training design, development, and evaluation methodologies
Has strong presentation and facilitation skills
• Able to work independently and collaboratively
• Attention to detail and strong
analytical skills
• Able to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
SALARY RANGE:
25K - 35K
WORK SCHEDULE:
Monday-Friday
8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
