Job Description

- Proven experience as a Finance and Accounting Manager, Controller, or similar role in a distribution, logistics, or supply chain environment.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Familiarity with the EOS framework is a plus, or the ability to work within structured systems and processes.
- Demonstrated ability to lead financial planning and analysis in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to convey financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
