Marketing Manager / 5 years of work experience/Urgent

Job Objectives:
Responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for the entire organization or specific lines of business to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Evaluate and optimize marketing strategies.
Analyze market trends and prepare forecasts.
Develop and manage the marketing department's budget.
Oversee branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
Promote the brand at trade shows and major industry-related events.
Build strategic relationships and partnerships with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms, extracting key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations.
Manage the marketing department's staff.
Prepare and present monthly and annual reports to management.

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or any Business course.
At least 5 years of work experience in the same or related field.
Proficient in handling all types of social media, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
Familiarity with live streaming applications and other related platforms is an advantage.
Knowledgeable in Organic and Paid acquisition channels, including Content Creation and Curation, PPC campaigns, Events Management, Publicity, Social Media Management, Lead Generation, Copywriting, and Performance Analysis.
Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and the IT industry.
