Senior Learning and Development Specialist
Location: Pasig City
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Dayshift
Salary: Up to Php 70,000, dependent on experience

A Global Engineering Design Firm is currently looking for a Senior Learning and Development Specialist who will be responsible for creating and implementing training strategies.

Duties and responsibilities will include:
 Identify training needs by analyzing data and feedback
 Develop training and evaluation strategies for assessing effectiveness of training programs
 Create, design and develop informal and formal learning programs and solutions
 Assist with instructional design when necessary
 Perform administrative duties on the Learning Management System.

Qualifications/ skills required:
 Degree in Behavioural Science, Psychology, Education, Marketing Communications, Human Resources Management or equivalent
 Must have at least 3 years’ experience in Learning and Development preferably in a multinational and technical environment
 Presentation and facilitation skills is required
 Must have excellent English Communication Skills
