Job Description

Lead Cost Estimator
Location: Pasig City
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Dayshift
Salary: Up to Php 120,000, dependent on experience

A Global Engineering Consulting Firm is currently looking for a Lead Cost Estimator to join their growing team of professionals.

Duties and responsibilities will include:
 Conduct accurate and reliable cost estimations for projects
 Implement cost estimation methods, tools and techniques
 Ensure project timelines are always adhered to.

Qualifications/ skills required:
 Degree in Engineering; Master’s Degree or Professional Certification is an advantage
 At least 8 years’ experience providing cost estimations for complex projects. Bridges and Buildings experience is a huge advantage
 Experience in fee estimate, tenders, contracts, claims, variations, project planning, cost analysis and project performance measurement and management
 Must have excellent English Communication Skills
