Rent Collectors (Start ASAP)

Urgent in need of Rent Collector who can start immediately!

Location: Davao City

Duties:
• Collects the rental payments of tenants in assigned areas
• Ensures proper collection, documentation and turnover of rent collections from tenant to office to banks.
• Maintains rent collection reports for assigned properties
• Ensures organized filing of office records such as receipts, reports, lease contracts.
• Manages renewal and issuance of lease contracts of tenants in assigned properties.
• Reports to Supervisor any issues and concerns about tenants
• Reports to Supervisor any issues and concerns on the properties such as repairs and maintenance, security, waste disposal, client/lessor concerns
• Other relevant tasks that may be assigned to him from time to time

Qualifications:
• Any bachelor’s degree course
• Excellent in written and verbal skills
• Knowledgeable in computers and familiarity in Microsoft Office
• Good moral character
