Job Description

Sports Program Development
• Plans, organizes, and executes sports events and tournaments including the after-school program and Club Championships for all sports facilities;
• Prepares tournament post-mortem reports including tournament results, members and guests’ feedback, number of attendees and actual P&L
• Promotes the club events and club sports programs in coordination with Marketing
Department.
• Supervises the sports program in coordination with the accredited program partners
• Ensures that all equipment and materials in the assigned sports facilities are in good condition and complete are well maintained.
• Generates monthly utilization of all sports facilities and evaluate program performance to increase the revenue the Club

Administrative
• Coordinates repairs and maintenance to the General Services Department
• Prepares and presents the presentations and action items prior to Board meeting.
• Interacts with members, guests regarding concerns and any other significant issue; provides input and feedback while responding to problems.
• Handles & resolves complaints of the members & guests by applying the Club’s operations procedure
• Prepare the RFP of accredited coaches
• Conducts evaluation of all personnel under the Sports & Development Department including the accredited coaches.
• Ensures that policies and procedures are implemented and disseminated;
• Prepares the agreement with accredited sports program providers.

Other Task
• Assists in Member- Related concerns especially in the Sports and Recreation Department;
• Performs other tasks and assignments as delegated from time to time.

Work Experience
• With at least Two (2) years supervisory experience in the same industry
• Have a proficient leadership and organizational Skills
Skills and Competencies
• Good customer orientation
• Possess a high level of people management skill and able to understand company culture;
• Manage to operate Microsoft office application ( MS Excel/ MS Word/ PowerPoint)
