Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative with Sales Experience to join our team. This role involves managing customer inquiries, providing exceptional service, and driving sales by recommending products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on customer satisfaction while meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a sales-related role.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Sales-driven mindset with the ability to identify and convert opportunities.
Familiarity with Shopify and Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate and timely responses.
Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering suitable solutions.
Identify sales opportunities through customer interactions and promote relevant products or services.
Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions.
Process orders, refunds, and returns efficiently.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to follow up on leads and close sales.
Provide feedback to management on customer needs, issues, and sales strategies.
