Job Description

Your Role:

The Digital Marketing Associate is responsible for managing the execution and quality assurance of social media campaigns across platforms like Meta, Pinterest, and TikTok.

What you will you do:

Conduct QA for campaigns to ensure all data matches the ticket IO and campaign setup.
Perform weekly or mid-reporting for all active campaigns.
Prepare and set up wrap report templates, allowing campaign managers to review and optimize before submission.
Handle multiple campaigns, with an average of 5-8 per week, and up to 25 during peak seasons.
Ensure accurate data reporting and campaign optimization with a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

8 months to 1 year of experience in campaign management or digital marketing.
Proficiency in social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest).
Experience with campaign QA and data management is a plus.
Knowledge of Excel (PivotTables), and PowerPoint is a plus.
Excellent Communication skills.
High Attention to Details
Amenable to work on a permanent night shift schedule
