Job Description

1. Greet customers promptly and courteously.
2. Assist customers with product inquiries and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
3. Address customer concerns and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
4. Create a welcoming and positive shopping experience.
5. Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals.
6. Upsell and cross-sell products to enhance the customer’s shopping experience.
7. Participate in promotional activities and product launches.
8. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
9. Replenish stock and ensure products are displayed according to company standards.
10. Assist in the setup and execution of store merchandising and promotional displays.
