Store Supervisor - Gateway Mall Cubao

• Will directly manage the store from all aspect of management and will be reporting to Area Sales Managers and to VP-Retail Operations
• Will represent the store in the Monthly Sales Meeting/Business Planning
• Knows how to analyze the brands and to look for possible effective strategies that could help the store in reaching their set quota
• Coordinate with the store staff to ensure sufficient inventory versus the targeted sales
• Knows how to effectively communicate with the staff, vendors, mall admin and 3rd party agencies/Coop
• Maintains optimal customer service and compliance with the company standards
• Encourage store staff to interact with customers and build up their personality and confidence
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned by superior from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS

-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
-Preferably 1-4 Yrs. Experienced Employees specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
-Has strong Customer Service Skills
-With good interpersonal and communication skills
-With strong Store Management Skills
-Willing to work on retail store hours
-Must willing to be assigned in Cubao, Quezon City.
