Job Description
Assist and provide support with the bill run process and resolve billing disputes.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate the bill run process by ensuring the timely delivery of final invoices and reconciling revenue.
Assist internal teams in handling escalations and issues concerning billing and provisioning.
Provide customer service by investigating and resolving billing disputes, addressing customer queries about charges, invoice display, and account information via phone or email.
Investigate and resolve billing disputes from end-customers.
Participate in billing-related projects.
Conduct audits to identify potential discrepancies and rectify any issues to ensure accurate billing.
Support the Billing Manager in addressing all billing-related concerns.
Perform additional tasks as needed.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience Required:
Advanced Excel expertise and adept knowledge.
Must be knowledgeable with Pivot, VLookUp and IndexMatch of Excel
Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in billing and/or provisioning.
Strong understanding of financial operations, billing management, and provisioning, with a preference for experience within the telecommunications (Telco) industry.
Work Skills & Attitude Desired:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to adjust to change and take initiative.
Effective organizational and time management abilities.
Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Competence in both written and oral English communication.
Demonstrated capability to work independently, meet strict deadlines, and arrange tasks for efficient service delivery.
Proven track record of collaborative teamwork, fostering a cooperative culture, and taking shared responsibility for achieving results in a customer-centric environment.
Familiarity with Ticketing, Billing, or Cloud Management software and web-based platforms.
Work Set-up: Fully Work from Home (sometimes may require to work onsite if there's an event or if needed, but very minimal)
