Job Description:
• Leads customer engagement to ensure that it meets all scope, time, budget and quality expectations, through planning, controlling and managing customer projects.
• Manage meetings and prepare any project management documentation.
• Provide administrative support to project team.
• Plan logistics on project activities.
• Track completion of documentation.
• Handle operation matters for project team.
• Prepare any reports/slides or spreadsheets necessary for the project
• Proactively detects problems that could affect the service delivery
• Focal point of contact for the customer on projects
• Part of Customer escalation point
• Monitors service level performance and addresses customer satisfaction gaps and issues in project delivery
• Understands requirements to ensure that client expectations are met and are within the scope of the delivery capability
• Prepares for customer reviews, and lead discussions related to day-to-day project operations
• Ensures delivery of services within the scope of the contract, including reporting of service level metrics and performance standards
• Manages service demand and proposes service improvements
• Ensures customer acceptance criteria are achieved and processes are in place for new services and systems
• Manage and monitor service requests ensuring they are addressed promptly
