Job Description
• Negotiates with the potential buyer.
• Presents the property to the client through on site or online viewing.
• Answers inquiries from potential buyer.
• Qualifies the clientele efficiently.
• Generates leads and network for possible sales.
• Liaises with the converted client for submission of required document.
• Follows effectively the sales and strategic plan handed down by the upper management.
• Engages in sales planning.
