Job Description

• Make outbound calls to subscribers to discuss the details and terms of the services offered by the company.
• Provide comprehensive information about the products or services, addressing any questions or concerns raised by the subscribers.
• Generate job order forms for customers who have applied for the services offered.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of information on the forms, capturing all necessary details required for processing.
• Notify customers about any upgrades or changes to the services offered.
• Inform customers in a timely manner if there are time constraints or limitations associated with the services.
• Print job order upgrade forms as needed, ensuring they are correctly filled out and ready for processing.
• Coordinate with relevant departments or personnel to facilitate upgrades and ensure seamless service delivery.
• Performs other tasks that might be assigned from time to time
