Job Description

As a Real-Time Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient operations by monitoring and analyzing real-time data. Your responsibilities will include:

• Real-time monitoring: Tracking call volumes, agent availability, and queue lengths to identify potential bottlenecks or issues.
• Data analysis: Analyzing performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of concern.
• Reporting: Generating accurate and timely reports to keep stakeholders informed about operational performance.
• Problem-solving: Identifying and resolving issues that may impact service levels or customer satisfaction.
• Collaboration: Working closely with operations teams to implement strategies for improving efficiency and productivity.

QUALIFICTAIONS:
• We require at least 2 years solid experience in RTA - healthcare is an advantage.
• Willing to work ONSITE and SHIFTING SCHEDULE in TAGUIG
