Job Description
As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining backend services and APIs that support real-time dictation, translation, and AI auto correction features.
- Architect scalable and resilient server-side solutions that can handle high volumes of API requests with low latency.
- Collaborating with frontend developers, data scientists, and other team members to integrate AI and machine learning models into the application.
- Ensuring the security and integrity of data through robust authentication, authorization, and encryption practices.
- Optimizing database performance and design efficient data storage solutions for both structured and unstructured data.
- Monitoring and maintaining the health of the backend services, including troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of development processes and best practices.
As a Backend Developer, you need to have:
- At least 3+ years of experience using Python, Node.js, Java, or Ruby on Rails.
- Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Firebase.
- Experience with cloud services.
- Background in API integration.
- Strong background in AI and NLP technologies.
- Excellent Verbal and Written English Communication Skills
It's not required but it would be great if you have
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect
- Google Professional Cloud Architect
Working Hours:
- 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM Philippine Time or 12:00 AM - 9:00 AM Philippine Time
