Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Assistant - Bacoor, Cavite

At Colkin Architecture & Construction, we specialize in delivering innovative architectural designs and high-quality construction services. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our sales team in achieving our business goals. This role is essential in assisting with sales activities, client management, and administrative tasks within the construction and architecture industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist the sales team with daily operations, including preparing and sending out proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
2. Support client management efforts by maintaining strong relationships and addressing inquiries in a timely manner.
3. Coordinate communication between clients and the sales team to ensure project alignment and smooth execution.
4. Manage sales documentation, including contracts, invoices, and client records.
5. Help organize and maintain the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate tracking of opportunities and follow-ups.
6. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and assist with outreach initiatives.
7. Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and tracking deadlines.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or administrative support role, preferably within the construction or architecture industry.
3. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
6. A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a strong desire to support the sales team in achieving its goals.
