Job Description

Location: QC
Setup: Hybrid (For Now)
Salary: PHP 25,000 + Complete Benefits
Employment Setup: Project-Based, subject to extension - 3 months

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
-- Preferred experience in Category/Brand/Sales functions
-- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
-- Financial analysis skills are a plus
-- Ability to manage ambiguity and conflicts within a network of stakeholders and customers
-- Output-driven with strong organizational skills
-- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; team player
-- Personable, energetic, responsive, confident, and honest
-- Passion for simplification and synergy

Roles and Responsibilities:
Commercial Operations:
-- Embed a fit-for-purpose SCM operating model in each market, aligning with NOPM
-- Develop base business and innovation packages, including PICOS, POSM, Selling, story, Selling Kit, Forecasts, etc.
-- Design comprehensive Promotion Menus and guidelines by Category/Channel for all markets
-- Ensure seamless product transition in trade by coordinating with stakeholders
Customer Engagement - Direct & Indirect:
-- Integrate customer and channel perspectives into SCM plans and deliverables
-- Collaborate on Customer Category Presentations (Innovation, Category, JBP, T2T) as needed
Store Execution:
-- Adopt a store-back mindset in all programs and workstreams
-- Ensure trade execution complies with agreed 5P guidelines with the Operations team
-- Conduct trade visits to gather insights on execution, trends, and competitors
Planning:
-- Ensure ABP meets activation market needs and is properly funded and resourced
-- Support ABP, Fast Start, and Business Reviews for Category/Channel across all markets
Salary:
25.000,00 ₱ Monthly
