Job Description

THE OPPORTUNITY: QA ACCOUNT MANAGER
The primary function of the QA Account Manager is to oversee and manage the productivity and output quality of the assigned account/s and to keep current clients satisfied by delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis.

WHAT IT TAKES
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Physical Therapy, Medical Technology, Respiratory Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Radiologic Therapy, Pharmacy, Biology or other Medical Allied Health courses
- With active PRC license is a plus
- At least 1-3 years clinical experience, preferably in the adult medical-surgical area
- At least 1-3 years management/leadership experience preferably in a healthcare BPO
- Experience in Home Health industry is a plus
- Willing to be trained in QA review and Medicare guidelines
- Has excellent leadership and communication skills
- Willing to work onsite (Robinsons Cybergate site, Cebu)
