Job Summary:
- Responds to requests and calls from customers
- Tracks call related information of each call received for auditing and reporting purposes
- Provides support and assistance as needed
- Escalates calls to supervisor
Qualifications:
- College level (graduate or undergraduate)
- 1 year telco international voice account experience or able to support international accounts
- With Excellent Communication Skills
Work Set-Up:

Compensation:
- Earn as much as 29k total package
- Salary:
- 29.000,00 ₱ Monthly
