Job Description

 Proven experience as an Operations Manager in distribution, logistics, or supply chain management.
 Strong operational acumen, with a focus on process improvement, efficiency, and team leadership.
 Familiarity with the EOS framework is a plus, or a demonstrated ability to work within structured systems and processes.
 Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
 Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
 Demonstrated success in managing vendor relationships, distribution networks, and supply chain operations.
 Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive operational decisions.

Salary: (Php 50-80k)
