Job Description

The Technical Account Consultant is responsible for managing and supporting technical accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their technical needs, addressing issues, and providing tailored solutions to enhance their experience and help them achieve their business goals.

Qualifications:
At least a HS Graduate (Old Curriculum) or SHS Graduate
1 year CCE/CSE or combined
Willing to work onsite
