Scrum Master (SDLC)

The Role
- Function as team leader responsible for understanding the big development picture and ensuring that the team is following the client planning and Scrum process.
- Facilitate and lead all scrum meetings (Planning, daily scrum, and refinement). Shielding the team from interruptions.
- Responsible for ensuring Scrum is understood and the team adheres to Scrum theory, practices, and guidelines.
- Responsible for leading teams in Quarterly planning.
- Responsible for leading a team in determining milestone timelines.
- Responsible for negotiating and communicating timelines, status, and risks to leadership.

The Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master focused on software development.
- Agile Methodology experience.
- Familiarity with common Agile practices, service-oriented environments, and better development practices as well as other methodologies that will allow you to coach the team on effective techniques.
- Proven leadership experience in achieving successful project outcomes.
- History of delivering strong results in large scale/complex software development projects.
- Experience working with distributed software development products and teams.

Work set-up
- Hybrid set-up (4x a month onsite)
- Location: BGC, Taguig
- Day-shift
- 12 months contract (high possibility of extension or absorption)
