Job Description

Answer inbound customer calls and respond to customer inquiries.
Handle outbound calls to resolve issues, provide information, or offer services.
Provide timely and accurate information regarding products, services, or company policies.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints in a courteous and efficient manner.
Document and update customer records based on interactions.
Escalate complex issues to supervisors or specialized departments when necessary.
Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics, such as call handling time and customer satisfaction ratings.
Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new products, services, or policies.
