Quantity Surveyor

AS TO ELIGIBILITIES, GACDC is ISO certified by International Standards Certifications Philippines, Inc. and was granted Triple A LICENSE by the PHIL. CONTRACTORS ACCREDITATION BOARD IN 1992.
We are searching for a reliable QUANTITY SURVEYOR to join our capable team of professionals. The quantity surveyor will be tasked with analyzing existing budgets and making improvements, reviewing plans and preparing quantity estimates, negotiating with various contractors and vendors, as well as building relationships with clients and site managers.
To be successful as a Quantity Surveyor, you should have a methodical approach and superb interpersonal skills.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Prepare the budgetary cost of the project;
2. Prepare or validate the sub-contractor’s contract agreement;
3. Shall prepare the monthly construction billings and claims;
4. Recommend for the approval of monthly progress billings/claims and ensures sub-contracted payment schedule is in accordance with sub-contract agreement;
5. Prepare financial/cost report to ensure project/building profitability;
REQUIREMENTS:
1. The applicant must be a graduate of B.S. in Civil engineering with License.
2. Must have at least 3 - 5 years of work experience in the related field is required;
3. Must be computer literate (with knowledge in AutoCAD and MS Excel);
4. Must be knowledgeable in Construction Contract Management;
5. With complete clearances (NBI, POLICE and BARANGAY clearances);
6. With Certificates of Employment and certificates of Training, seminars and webinars in line with his profession;

7. Excellent time management skills to ensure project deadlines are met.
8. Willing to be assigned at the Batangas construction project;
