Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of BPO experience is required for applicants with less than 2 years of College education.
• Good to Excellent Communications Skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Modify, cancel, or update reservations based on customer requests and hotel policies.
• Resolve customer complaints or issues by identifying the root cause, offering solutions, and escalating when necessary.
• Identify opportunities to upsell based on customer preferences and needs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel policies, promotions, and industry trends.
