Job Description

Job Overview:
The General Affairs Specialist is responsible for managing administrative and operational tasks, including the compliances to government permits and licenses, labor regulations and processing of foreign nationals’ working visas and permits.

Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Perform office administration tasks such as managing the janitorial and security services.
2. Ensure proper accommodation of VIP visitors from affiliates, government, and other agencies.
3. Plan and organize corporate quarterly and annual events, special meetings, and functions, including transport services for official business visits, conferences, or seminars.
4. Make travel arrangements locally and internationally, for employees and/or Expatriates’ flights, accommodations, and transportation, prepare and issue documents needed for Airport Immigration checks, verifications, and other requirements.
5. Coordinate, assist and work with Legal, Logistics, Finance, Human Resources, and other departments for preparation and/or compilation and submission of documents with the relevant government agencies, and consult with concerned agencies for overall company registrations and reporting.
6. Liaise with related government agencies as required compliance to permits, certifications and licenses.
7. Process the required visas in compliance with the company directives:
o Prepare and collate all documents per required format by the concerned government agency.
o Transact, submit, claim, and perform all other related activities.
o Monitor Expatriates’ Visa and ensure timely compliances to renewals, through coordination with third parties and government agencies.
o Consult with immigration authorities and legal to ensure up to date compliance with regulations.
8. Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed.
9. Perform other tasks as assigned in accordance with the company’s directives.
Salary:
25.000,00 ₱ Monthly
