Job Description

The Customer Service Associate (CSA) is responsible for providing effective customer service for all
internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and
services, and communicating effectively with team members.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Communicate with customers – F2F, phone, email, or chat.
• Validate completion of customer documents and requirements
• Assist and advise on customer enquiries and concerns.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Document and keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, based on the latest set of requirements and guidelines
• Follow communication procedures, operational guidelines, and policies set by the management and client.
*Experience desired (if any):
• 18-35 years old Male or Female
• Graduate of any bachelor’s degree or college level
• 1-2 years’ experience with face-to-face customer service support and similar task/responsibilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in relevant computer application such as MS Office, Excel, Google Suite
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to think analytically and can handle additional duties from time to time
• Ability to communicate and engage effectively, verbally and in writing, with customers and partners.
• Ability to use and learn proprietary software systems.
• Amenable to render overtime due to business needs
• Amendable to be assigned to different projects/location when required
Salary:
16.500,00 ₱ Monthly
