Position: IT Manager (Governance, Risk, and Compliance)
Company Industry: Finance Company
Work Location: Mandaluyong City
Salary: Php 70,000 - Php 80,000 (Negotiable)
Work Set Up: Full-time
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Weekends off)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify opportunities for improving IT governance processes.
- Develop and implement IT governance frameworks.
- Assess and update security measures regularly.
- Monitor IT risks and provide regular reports.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of IT Risk and Compliance experience.
- Strong understanding of IT governance frameworks.
- Previous supervisory experience in team management.
- Relevant certifications in information security are a plus.
