Job Description

About Us:

We are looking for a highly organized and creative Marketing Manager to join our

team and take charge of our social media, content strategy, and ad campaign management.



Key Responsibilities:



Social Media Content Management:

Post and repurpose content across all social media channels, including Instagram, Meta/Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok.
Consistently post engaging content on all social media platforms to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Manage and maintain Meta and Instagram pages, ensuring they are up-to-date and reflect the brand’s voice.
Collaborate with the Project Manager to organize and streamline content.
Work closely with the Email agency to coordinate and execute promotions.


Ad Campaign Management:

Launch, test, and scale campaigns on Meta/Instagram to achieve maximum ROI.
Upload images and video content to Google Ads and ensure that all assets are optimized for performance.
Pull and analyze data from Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest to make informed decisions about scaling, pausing, or adjusting ad campaigns.
Reach out to content creators for ad materials and work with them to develop
engaging content.





Creative Strategy and Collaboration:

Bring fresh, creative ideas to the table for promotions, advertisements, and social media content.
Collaborate with Brandi and other team members on creative concepts for promotions and ad campaigns.
Ensure all video content is processed through Opus Clips, with text correctly placed and verified for spelling and language.
Shorten videos to repurpose on TikTok/Reels, ensuring they are optimized for engagement.


Qualifications:

● Proven experience in social media management, content strategy, and ad campaign management.

● Strong understanding of Meta/Instagram, Google Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, and their analytics tools.

● Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content and promotions.

● Excellent communication and organizational skills.

● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

● Experience with video editing and familiarity with tools like Opus Clips is a plus.
