Answering incoming calls from customers
Resolving customer inquiries/requests
Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner

What are we looking for?
-At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) / SHS Graduate (new curriculum)
-With at least 6 months Customer Service Experience / Call Center Experience
