Job Description
The job duties of a leasing officer include marketing and promoting rental properties, conducting property viewings, negotiating lease terms, preparing tenancy agreements, coordinating property maintenance, and providing excellent customer service to landlords and tenants.
Qualifications:
-Great English communication Skills
-Presentable
-Experience in dealing with coordination, negotiations, and representation between lessors to malls/buildings.
Salary 20-25k + high commission
Location BGC
Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm.
Willing to start immediately
