Marketing and Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities:

· Business Development:

• Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
• Research and qualify potential leads to ensure they meet the company’s target criteria.
• Maintain and update the lead database with accurate and detailed information.
• Proactively reaching out to potential clients to generate leads and drive sales.
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products/services.
• Schedule appointments and follow up with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.

· Marketing:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products/services.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, email marketing, and social media.
• Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including website, blog, and social media.

Qualifications:
• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
• Proven experience in marketing role with hands-on involvement in Canva, Adobe, or any similar marketing tools.
• Business development or Call center background is preferred. Nonetheless, we also encourage applications from recent graduates or individuals with outstanding English communication abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Marketing software.
