For This Role, You Will Need:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related courses.

At least 5 years of relevant experience in handling and supporting M365 collaboration services.

Good hands-on experience with SharePoint online.

Experience with Microsoft Teams, Teams Premium, Teams Telephony, and Teams Audio Conferencing.

Ability to help users adopt new features of M365 applications.

Experience with M365 new features like Viva Engage, MS Loop, Copilot, and Viva connections.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

At least 5 years of relevant experience in handling and supporting M365 collaboration services. (Lvl.3 server-side support in Sharepoint and MS teams background

Good hands-on experience with SharePoint online and MS Teams, Power Automate, Power Apps

Experience with OneDrive, Power BI, Exchange Online.

Ability to help users adopt new features of M365 applications.

Salary:: 40.000,00 ₱ Monthly
