Job Description

Are you passionate about providing exceptional support and care? We’re looking for a Customer Care Representative to be the first point of contact for our patients. In this role, you will analyze patient cases, offer remote concierge services, monitor patient conditions, and identify opportunities for additional services. Your role will be vital in ensuring that our patients receive the best possible support and care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound calls and inquiries with empathy and efficiency.
• Facilitate patient needs and coordinate with healthcare providers.
• Monitor patient conditions and relay updates to Case Coordinators.
