Sales Officer - Makati (Urgent)

Work Schedule: 8:30am - 5:30pm
Salary: PHP 25,000

Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product information to ensure informed purchasing decisions.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.

2. Sales and Promotion
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling techniques.
- Recommend additional products and services to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Stay informed about current promotions, sales, and product features.

3. Checkout and Transactions
- Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately.
- Process returns and exchanges following store policies.
- Maintain knowledge of payment processing procedures and security measures.

4. Team Collaboration
- Work closely with other sales associates and store management to achieve overall store goals.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills.

Qualifications
- College graduate in Marketing, Business administration, or related field.
- At least 1 year of sales experience.
- Sales experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Basic math skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
