Job Description

SosaJB Property Management Corp. is looking for a Shift Engineer who will be responsible for managing building operations, maintaining systems, and ensuring smooth equipment functionality. The ideal candidate should be a licensed engineer with a strong background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and experience in building maintenance.

Job Type: Full-time

Qualifications:
Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or an equivalent field.
Licensed Engineer is required.
Minimum of 2-3 years of related work experience in building operations, engineering, and systems maintenance.
Strong decision-making skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Solid knowledge of building systems maintenance.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Completion of Engineering Technical Training and Building Operations & Maintenance Training is preferred.
