Job Description

Required Qualifications and Experience
EDUCATION
• University degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field from an accredited academic institution, with one year of relevant professional experience in procurement and logistics, international vendor sourcing and contract negotiation of which one year experience in multinational organization; or
• Completed High School degree from an accredited academic institution, with three years of relevant professional experience.

EXPERIENCE
• At least three (3) years of experience in data structuring, working with MS Excel, data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, etc.
• Experience in programming languagues, e.g. Python, Java, Java Script, etc.
• Experience in and good insight knowledge and usage of Power Platform, including Power Apps.
• Experience in using other IT applications such as Visio is desirable.
• ERP SAP or Oracle experience is advantageous, but not essential.

SKILLS
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate findings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as part of the team.
• Excellent organizational, communication and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under time constraints, accurate and detail oriented.
• Ability to work effectively with different levels within and outside the organization and with colleagues from varied cultures and professional backgrounds.
• Using Analytics to come up with creative solutions to improve productivity
• Management Dashboards using tools like Tableau, Qlik View and Power BI
• BI Strategy, Information Management, Data Quality & Data Modeling
