We Are Hiring - Project Manager, 100% Purely Home-based

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with proven expertise in leading cross-functional teams to successfully deliver mobile app projects to join our amazing team.

If you have a strong background in managing complex software development lifecycles, particularly for AI and NLP-driven applications, and are passionate about overseeing the development and launch of mobile apps with AI-driven dictation, translation, and autocorrection features, then this job is for YOU.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Leading cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA engineers, to deliver high-quality mobile applications on time and within budget.
- Managing the complete software development lifecycle, from initial planning and requirements gathering to final delivery and post-launch support.
- Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinating with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on project goals and milestones.
- Implementing and overseeing Agile methodologies, ensuring continuous improvement in team productivity and project throughput.
- Communicate project status, progress, and risks to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and timely decision-making.
- Resolving conflicts, manage project dependencies, and address any challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Ensuring the successful launch of the mobile app, with a focus on meeting or exceeding user acquisition and engagement targets.
- Facilitating post-launch reviews to identify lessons learned and opportunities for process improvement.

As a Project Manager, you need to have:

- 3+ years of proven experience as a project manager handling Mobile AI/Machine Learning projects.
- Proficient with various project management tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex project challenges.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong technical knowledge of mobile development processes, AI/machine learning technologies, and API integration.

It's not required but it would be great if you have Certifications:

- PMP (Project Management Professional)
- CSM (Certified Scrum Master)

Working Hours:
5 AM - 2 PM Philippine time or
12 AM-9 AM Philippine time
