Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
• Helps in coordinating with Company's HMO and Clinic Partners to set up Annual Physical Exams (APE),
Pre-employment Medical Exams (PEME), and Drug Testing for all employees.
• Assists in the implementation of the Company's Employee Health Program.
• Helps in the assessment of APE/PEME/Drug test results of newly hired employees and submits a summary
report of the findings to concerned parties.
• Monitoring of employees' health status during pandemic.
• Coordinate medical certificate/document validation.
• Prepares proposal related to Wellness program.
• Prepares medical, accident and other reports on a regular basis.
• Maintains individual employee medical records.
• Answer employee inquiries regarding medical related policies
• Maintains complete confidentiality of all HR-related information.
• Work continually within the department to improve internal policies.
• Perform other HR-related duties which may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or any allied medical course.
• OSH Certified preferred, but not required
• HR experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, etc.
• Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and knowledge of HR procedures and policies
• Highly organized with keen attention to details.
• Strong analytical skills
• Proficient in MS Office, and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed.
