Sales Excellence CoE Application Architecture Senior Analyst

The Work:
As a member of the Application Architecture team, you will be part of the Center of Excellence (CoE). You will help design, prioritize and deliver sales and pricing applications that enable more than 50,000 users. You’ll ensure that our tools continue to address evolving business needs for continued sales success.

You will be:
- Be a functional architect supporting the sales and pricing tools.
- Understand requirements and provide input to the design of process and tool changes.
- Build and test application updates.
- Apply your knowledge of the software development life cycle to help execute a project from start to finish.
- Respond promptly to critical events and follow through to ensure they are resolved (incident management).
- Manage user access to tools (security provisioning).
- Understand how the Application Architecture team supports the delivery of Sales Excellence service offerings.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- A minimum of 1 or more years of experience doing similar work
- Excellent English language fluency (oral and written)
- Highly proficient in learning and applying processes
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Experience teaming and collaborating virtually with diverse individuals
- Flexibility with work hours to support other time zones, depending on assigned area, and to support shifting business needs

Extra credit if you have:
- Business Management education
- Familiarity with sales processes and tools
