Job Description
Work Location: Pasay Head Office
Job Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: 8am - 5pm (Monday - Friday)
Salary: PHP 18,000 - 20,000 per month
Qualifications
- Any degree course related to Accounting
- At least 1 year of experience processing BIR permits, 2303, POS machine permits, and business permits including Barangay, Sanitary, Fire, Building, Business Tax, etc.
Job Description
- Responsible for checking and encoding of DTR.
- Handles each employee's inquiries regarding DTR or timekeeping-related matters.
- Monitor biometric violations of all employees during the Timekeeping period.
- Process Direct employee's SSS contribution payment, PAGIBIG, PhilHealth, and HMO documentation.
- Handles direct employees' inquiries related to SSS, PAGIBIG, PhilHealth, and HMO inquiries.
- Responsible for all employee Evaluation assessment distribution and monitoring.
- Fill all accomplished evaluations in individual 201 files or turn them over to HR for promotions.
- Handles permit processing
