Position Overview:
The Ticketing Account Representative is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls related to ticket sales, reservations, cancellations, and customer inquiries.

Job Responsibilities:

* Answer incoming calls from customers regarding ticket inquiries, bookings, and cancellations.
* Assist customers in navigating the online ticketing platform and resolving any technical difficulties.
* Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for further assistance.
* Protect sensitive customer information by following established protocols and guidelines.
