Position Overview:
Assist customers with order placement, tracking deliveries, and resolving issues such as delays, incorrect orders, or payment problems.

Job Responsibilities:

* Follow up with customers on outstanding issues to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
* Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
* Assist customers with basic technical support related to the food delivery app or website.
* Encourage customers to try new items or take advantage of special offers.
* Adhere to call center scripts, guidelines, and quality standards.
