Job Description

• Responsible on maintaining the raw materials and ensuring the stocks will not fall below minimum level
• Determine material requirements based on MRP file and ensure availability to support production schedules
• Ensures the consistency and adequate supply of materials necessary for production
• Creates purchase order for critical and insufficient stocks
• Coordinates with suppliers regarding the schedule of delivery
• Overseeing the supply and delivery of the materials
• Managing inventory issues, schedule changes and cancellations
• Monitors the daily production of plastic parts
• Checks and updates MRP based on Bill of Materials revision/changes
• Creates Production Orders in SAP Business One and update actual production output
• Checks and monitors materials requested by Province (IRS-Other branches)
• Coordinates with RM Warehouse, Production, QC Personnel regarding production related concerns
