Job Summary:
The role is joining a team of outbound specialists where you will be calling pre-qualified leads taking them to the next stage of the process. You will be speaking to consumers in the UK via a dialer and very quickly you will need to learn the process and master the pitches and scripts. You are calling pre-qualified leads so this is NOT cold calling, and these leads cannot be wasted due to their cost. Full training comes with the role and daily feedback from quality and management. This role need a big personality with exceptional rapport building skills and a hunger to earn with a basic salary of 70K + weekly commissions giving a monthly package of well over 100,000 PHP.
Responsibilities:
• Calling consumers in the UK to help them with getting repairs done on their home that should have been done by the local authorities.
• Use CRM and dialer systems to efficiently track and manage contacts provided by the company, ensuring calls are made and results are accurately recorded.
• Maintain and update detailed notes on each lead's status in the CRM, ensuring all interactions and next steps are clearly documented.
• Demonstrate consistent performance by mastering the scripts and pitches, quickly adapting to any changes, and delivering results that meet or exceed the team's targets.
• Collaborate closely with the quality assurance team to continuously refine your approach, incorporating feedback to enhance call effectiveness and increase conversion rates.
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of experience in B2C sales with UK or USA accounts.
• Experience using CRM systems and dialers is a must.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong computer and data entry skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Alabang, 9-hour shifts (including breaks) from Monday to Friday, between 8am-8pm UK time (Shifts are subject to change from week to week).
