Job Description
Resolving customer inquiries/requests
Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
Utilizing various client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
Providing cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner
What are we looking for?
OLD CURRICULUM: College level / reached any level in college regardless of completion
(or) NEW CURRICULUM: K12 GRADUATE - No work experience required
Previous Data Encoding / Back Office work is an advantage but not a requirement
